Katy Kennedy, founder of Nervana Wellness Co. , is a late-diagnosed neurodiverse woman with a Masters of Science in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine. She has trained for over 600 clinical hours in Reiki, Maharishi Ayurveda, Sound Medicine, and somatic awareness practices.
